This is RIGHT INTERNATIONAL USA, INC. The president, Mr. Keigo Tanaka is a legal advisor who holds a national qualification in law. And he is an expert in making various types of Japanese contracts.
I was originally an administrative scrivener specializing in civil law and contract drafting. This qualification is nationally recognized and known in English as a legal advisor.
I currently support international businesses. My work involves acting as an intermediary in M&A transactions and traditional craft partnerships, and drafting the contracts involved. I act as a domestic and international business agent and coordinator.
We focus on two areas of business: supporting international businesses and small business M&A, and strive every day to meet our clients’ expectations. Ultimately, we aspire to become a “Small Sogo shosha.”
